about ME
- As an independent Investment and Asset Management (IAM) professional, I have spent the past 15 years specializing in the dynamic fields of hotel and hospitality real estate, and asset managed over 30 branded hotels and resorts in Australasia. My strategic advisory encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from sourcing investment opportunities, conducting market research, delivering financial feasibilities, supporting capital raising activities and acquisition due diligence, managing hotel operator selection process, to on-going development planning and asset management services. My past experience has been honed not only in Australia and New Zealand, but also throughout the Asia Pacific region, making me a truly regional focused professional in the industry.
- Previously as the Director of Investments and Asset Management of Pro-invest Group, I led the acquisition and due diligence process of the Group’s Asia Pacific hotel transactions and set up the asset management arm of its operating hotel portfolio. I also held management and consulting positions in commercial real estate agency, globally renowned hospitality consulting firm and hotel management company. During my time with the industry leading hospitality advisory firm Horwath HTL in Hong Kong, I undertook hundreds of hotel financial feasibilities, operator selection and contract negotiation support, spatial planning reviews in 24 countries across Asia Pacific and provided asset management advisory on operating hotels over USD 2 billion. I am a dynamic individual with a diverse background and unique combination of experiences from the operator, owner, investor and third-party advisor perspectives.
